Students will never buy cars and seek out housing with low land value for a place to live. Stimulating the education chain would then add to the town growth rate as educated students start up new bussinesses. The new education buildings will try to expand within the same part of town simular to the other building types, creating a campus.

is this possible at this state of train fever? 🙂
